Personalized support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and birth, no matter where you are. I’m here to provide guidance, encouragement, and confidence every step of the way.
We will begin with a one-hour virtual prenatal visit to discuss your birth preferences, comfort measures, and techniques like positioning, movements, and counter-pressure to manage discomfort. I’ll also teach you meditation techniques to help you stay calm and focused during labor. As part of our preparation, you’ll receive a birth preference sheet to help outline your goals, preferences, and wishes for your labor and birth experience.
Throughout your pregnancy, I’m available for ongoing support via phone or text, whether you need help navigating conversations with your provider, breaking down medical information, or just need someone to talk to. During labor, I’m here to offer encouragement, pain management suggestions, and continuous support as you move through the process.
You’ll also receive local provider referrals, ensuring you have trusted resources no matter where you are. My goal is to make you feel informed, confident, and supported as you approach one of the most important moments of your life.

This service includes a personalized 2-hour Zoom consultation where we’ll dive into your birth preferences, ensuring that every aspect of your birthing experience aligns with your wishes. During our time together, we will discuss various options and considerations, from pain management to labor positions, birth environment, and the roles of those involved in your birthing team.
Throughout the call, I will guide you through the process, answering any questions you might have and helping you make informed decisions. Together, we'll create a comprehensive "birth plan" tailored to your unique preferences, empowering you to feel confident and prepared. After our conversation, I will compile all of the options we discussed into a clear, easy-to-understand document.
Once finished, I will send you a hard copy of your birth preferences so that you’ll have it with you when the big day arrives, ensuring that your preferences are accessible to your birth team. A mother’s blessing is a heartfelt ceremony that honors a mother to be, celebrating her journey into motherhood. Unlike a traditional baby shower, it’s more intimate and spiritual, focusing on nurturing and empowering the mother. During the blessing, close friends and family gather to offer support, share wisdom, and send positive energy toward the upcoming birth. Participants might share personal stories, offer kind words, or give meaningful gifts, often with an emphasis on emotional and spiritual well-being. Rituals such as lighting candles, making bracelets, making an oil for the mother to use during labor, meditating, or making a prayer flag are common ways to foster connection and set a loving tone for the new chapter in the mother’s life. The goal is to surround her with love, encouragement, and a sense of community as she steps into this transformative experience.
Your mother’s blessing will be fully customized to your needs. If you have any questions or need clarification on this service, please do not hesitate to contact me.
